Practice Information 

In general, appointments are scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis, but are also offered on an “as-needed” basis. If you must cancel an appointment, please do with a full 24-hours in advance of the session. 
Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 (except in the infrequent instances of illness, emergencies, or acts of God).
No information concerning your case will be released to any other person without your written permission. The only exceptions are those situations required by law, those situations deemed potentially life threatening, or in the case of a minor. If I am not available, leave a message and I will return your call or email as promptly as possible, usually within 24 hours. All phone calls lasting more than 10 minutes will be charged to you on a prorated basis.  

Fee Information

Fees for therapy and assessments may be on a set per-session rate or in some cases on a sliding scale base. Your specific fees will be discussed and set during the first session. Payment is expected at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Cash, check, and credit/debit cards are accepted. If you should encounter financial difficulties at any time during counseling, please discuss this with me promptly.

I am in-network with Highmark (all out of state BC/BS plans) and Quest Behavioral Health (formerly Penn Behavioral Health). I will be happy to provide a superbill for reimbursable services if I am out of your insurance network
